Just went outside to check on the conditions. The wind is strong, the temperature has gone up a lot, and it’s incredibly humid. The storm zone should be here very soon with much heavier rain.
It’s been less than an hour since my last post, and everything has changed. Heavier rain, stronger wind, and I’m now back in Fujisawa. Look at how different the weather radar is. Big changes.
In Yokohama this evening, the wind is still mist-like and a bit breezy out. As you can see, it’s warming up and will be 22 later. The heavy rain starts before midnight.
It’s become rainy while I’m in Yokohama. The wind isn’t strong, and the rain isn’t very heavy yet. But it seems the temperature is increasing. Typhoon is coming. It’ll be going over central Honshu, likely losing a lot of power.
It’s calm out this morning, but Kyushu is being battered by the typhoon at the moment. Here in Kanagawa, it’s cloudy, no wind, and scattered showers in the area.
