With all this snow we’ve been getting this weekend, it’s looking like winter. But it’s early October, there are still leaves on trees and green grass. Today, I enjoyed driving to work on almost empty streets that were covered with snow. But in the afternoon, I went out to the supermarket and made this:
Just a tiny snowman. But up the hill a little bit farther, we saw this:
Snow rabbit? With the spruce cones in the face melting the snow, it looked rather creepy.
Has anyone made a snowman yet?

We don’t have any snow yet, and I’d like to keep it that way for another six months. 🙂
The snow here is gone now. But it’ll be back soon. Usually, it doesn’t snow until November. I even saw a spider outside yesterday.
That snow rabbit’s expression would be mine if we had any snow. Poor you.
It does look horrified, doesn’t it? But the snow is gone now.
It’s 13 and raining here. We’re getting some of the Hurricane Matthew remnants.
I guess there won’t be another Hurricane Matthew. It was destructive, so it should be retired. It’s warmer again here, and the snow is gone.
This storm has come from Ontario, no hurricane. Just lots and lots of rain again. 80mm predicted.
It’s a wonderful fall!
